What to expect when you work with us
Before your move
- Planning together
We’ll meet with you (and your family and caregivers, if helpful) to understand what’s important to you and how we can best support you. - Floor plan and furniture layout
We'll measure your furniture and plan your space so you can move around safely and it feels like home. - Sorting and decluttering
We’ll help you decide what to bring, donate, sell, or discard—always at your pace and with compassion. - Packing with care
Our team will carefully pack your belongings, labeling boxes clearly so nothing gets lost or misplaced. - Getting move estimates and hiring movers
We’ll gather estimates and handle the scheduling so everything goes smoothly on move day.
Moving day
- We coordinate it all
You don’t have to lift a finger! We’ll oversee the movers and make sure everything goes where it should. It can be less stressful if you spend the first part of move day with friends or family doing something you enjoy. - Setting up your new home
In just one day, we’ll unpack, set up your bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen, arrange furniture, and even make your bed so you can rest that night. - Finishing touches
We'll hang art, organize closets, remove empty boxes, and make your new home feel complete. We can come back the next day for touchups.
If you’ve left anything behind, we’ll disperse it thoughtfully, delivering items to friends or family, offering valuables to buyers or consignors, and donating or responsibly discarding the rest. We can also prepare your home for sale.
