Meet Stephanie Ciccarelli
Professional Organizer & Move Support Specialist

Hi, I’m Stephanie! I grew up in Ashland, Mass., and now live in Framingham. After earning my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Wheaton College, I decided to stay in Massachusetts and build my career here.
My background in psychology and early childhood education, as well as my work as a teacher with toddlers and preschoolers, taught me patience, creativity, and how to stay calm in busy and chaotic environments.
But I’ve always been organized! Growing up, I loved decluttering and putting order to little corners of my house, and I was often the go-to person when someone needed help with a messy closet or junk drawer. That habit carried over to my classrooms and my home, and now to our clients.
What I love most about this work is seeing the transformation from “before” to “after.” Big projects can feel overwhelming, but breaking them down into manageable steps makes them doable. I believe it’s important that we customize your spaces and organizing solutions to the unique ways you think, work, and live so that the results are realistic and sustainable.
Outside of work, I enjoy all kinds of arts—listening to music, dancing, painting, and coloring—as well as reading and spending time with friends, family, and animals.
If I had to describe myself in three words, I’d say I’m creative, detailed, and reliable. Most of all, I want my clients to feel comfortable, supported, and at peace in their newly organized spaces.
